Look beyond the surface! This course will familiarize you with residential architectural styles, building nomenclature, and new and innovative building materials. You can leverage that knowledge to:

       A. Guide clients and showcase the architectural styles of homes on the market;

       B. Understand the building nomenclature referenced in home listings, inspection reports and builder's brochures;

       C. Convey the benefits of innovative building materials and technologies to clients.
