This course is designed for agents to understand the fundamentals of government homebuyer programs (DC Opens Doors, MMP program, Montgomery County programs) and their opportunities and limitations.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee.  Course transfers are not accepted.  “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.
