This course will familiarize the Realtor with residential architectural styles, building nomenclature, and new and innovative building materials.  Realtors can leverage that knowledge to: 

       A. GUIDE their clients and showcase the architectural styles of homes on the market

       B. UNDERSTAND the building nomenclature referenced in home listings, inspection reports, and builder's brochures and when interacting with contractors

       C. CONVEY the benefits of innovative building materials and technologies to their clients the home buyer or seller.
