This course will offer the real estate licensee an in-depth understanding of the elements and problems associated with contract formation and the ability to understand how the problems associated with contract formation can be identified and solved.  Also covered are the key provisions in the NVAR regional sales agreement, its key addendums, the damages that arise, liability issues arising from various agency issues with an important discussion of the usual claims of misrepresentation that an agent may encounter.
