Having a formal business plan is an essential step when launching your real estate brokerage. Not only is it (oftentimes) required to secure financing from most reputable banks, but it allows you the opportunity to think ahead on milestones you’d like to achieve as you grow your business from the ground up.
A business plan allows you the chance to structure the procedures and strategies you plan on taking in an organized manner, giving you a “road map” to follow every step of the way. By taking the time to write a business plan, you will have a better idea in planning your budget and how and where you will place your marketing dollars.
