MD CE: 2 hours (elective)

This program will discuss sources, dangers, detection and remediation of common environmental hazards. Some of the hazardous materials to be discussed are Lead-Based Paint, radon, Mold, asbestos, carbon monoxide and more!

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.   All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
