Meet the Presenters
David S Piatek -SVP, The Federal Savings Bank
David Piatek has spent the last 6 years teaching a variety of courses for NAR and developing CE for the nationwide real estate community. David is Senior Vice President at The Federal Savings Bank, where he works with buyers across the country, guiding them to becoming homeowners. Recently returning home from an overseas deployment, David has served in the Army National Guard for 12 years and continues to serve today. Outside of work, David combines his love for the community and his commitment to the military by volunteering for various veteran non-profits. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, fishing, going to breweries, taking road trips across the US, and traveling abroad.
Chrissy de Uribe, Managing Attorney with MBH Settlement Group -JD/MBA
Chrissy de Uribe has an extensive background in the real estate industry on both sales and corporate levels. Early emphasis on public relations and marketing with a later focus on third-party transactions for bank-owned properties and corporate relocations. Experience in business development, entity formation, and commercial real estate transactions. Currently focused on title, escrow and settlement services for residential and commercial real estate transactions and working as the Managing Attorney for MBH Settlement Group's Warrenton and Shenandoah locations.
Jonathan Asfour - Account Executive, SUPER
Account Executive with SUPER, has a diverse background with over 10 years of technology sales experience and owns multiple properties in the area. Not only does he understand the ups and downs of owning a home, but he also has experienced many of the challenges a homeowner faces firsthand. With SUPER, he is able to protect your investment and make home-owning painless. He currently lives in Herndon, VA, with his dogs and enjoys being active. In his spare time, he competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, teaches yoga, does photography and is an avid foodie.
