This class dives into how HOA’s are created their oversite, maximum allowable fees charged and where to find this information.  After taking this class you will have a better understanding of the Virginia Property Owners Association, terminology and timelines set forth in the regional sales contract, the lifespan of the HOA packet, what information is required in the package, what to do if there are violations and restrictions.
