Be informed on issues and do not speak outside of your expertise.  Real estate licensees should have a basic understanding of current issues within recent and proposed legislation that involves environmental issues. There are many variables that determine the need for inspections, the correct manner to complete the inspections and what work would be needed to correct or manage a discovered environmental issue.  Allow your buyers/tenants to get information from a better source – ask the experts.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

TO RECEIVE CREDIT, YOU MUST AGREE TO BE RECORDED AND YOU MUST HAVE A FUNCTIONING WEBCAM AND HAVE IT ON THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE CLASS. YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THE CLASS OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
