MD CE: Elective

This class will provide agents with the information to thoroughly understand procuring cause and when representation begins of a buyer or seller client and ultimately who writes the contract and goes to settlement.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

** MD CE CLASSES AND SCHEDULES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.   CLASSES WILL BE HELD VIA ZOOM AND WEBINAR INFORMATION WILL BE EMAILED CLOSER TO COURSE DATE.

TO RECEIVE CREDIT, YOU MUST AGREE TO BE RECORDED AND YOU MUST HAVE A FUNCTIONING WEBCAM AND HAVE IT ON THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE CLASS. YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THE CLASS OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
