Meet Our Panelists
Ryan Davis
Ryan Davis is the Director of Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion for the National Association of Realtors® where he leads the vision, strategy, and execution of diversity, equity and inclusion for the world’s largest trade association, serving 1.6 million members across 76 countries as well as more than 1,100 local and state REALTOR® associations. In his role, Ryan also collaborates closely with NAR’s partner organizations, including the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.
Alexia Smokler
Alexia Smokler is the Senior Policy Representative for Fair Housing at the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). She represents NAR’s positions on fair housing to Congress and federal agencies and manages NAR’s ACT! initiative, which emphasizes Accountability, Culture Change, and Training to advance fair housing in the industry. Before joining NAR, Alexia worked in fair housing enforcement at HUD, on the staff of Congressman John Conyers, Jr., and with nonprofit civil rights organizations.
Leslie Frazier
Before becoming Senior Vice President of Community and Industry Relations for Virginia REALTORS®, Leslie worked for two Virginia governors, applying her skills and passion to an array of policy initiatives, from veteran and military issues to foster care. It was her early endeavors on political campaigns where she garnered a foundation in community organizing, helping her to build relationships and foster strong connections to assist her with reaching her goals. In this position, Leslie focuses on issues impacting fair housing and real property policy. She is the primary point of contact for state and national organizations who influence these issues. In addition, Leslie creates and leads the association’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
