The NVAR New Member Advisory Group is proud to present, “Home is Where the Heart Is: Open House Pro-Tips!” Need to know how to run a simple and effective open house? Come learn from the best as NVAR's 2019 Past President, Christine Richardson, answers your FAQs and show some top tips to make your open house run extra smoothly. We’re also doing a competition for “Favorite Foyer” submissions from NVAR’s Staging Service Provider Members. You can submit your vote at the event and will have the chance to meet some of these folks as well.

Christine has been a top producing Realtor in Northern Virginia since 1988.  She assists buyers and sellers of real estate by providing exceptional customer service, informed advice with integrity, and a fun a rewarding transaction.  Christine is passionate about the real estate industry and truly loves working with and helping people.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors at the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors®, Christine volunteers on committees at the Virginia state Realtors® Association, as well as the National Association of Realtors®.  She is also on the Board of Directors at the National Association of Realtors®.

Denise has been been a Realtor since March 2006 with Weichert Realtors and loves working with both buyers and sellers. Additionally, she stages all her listings and works on a team with Christine. She also has the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Designation.

Jorden is a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia and was raised in Prince William County, where most of her family still resides. A graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication; she believes that the home buying process should be one of transparency, and education. She strives to build relationships with her clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. Her satisfaction and success as a Realtor® is measured with personal integrity, positive feedback, and returning smiles.  She is known for her strong negotiating tactics, extensive knowledge of the market, driven diligence, familiarity with the area, and her unshakeable commitment to honesty and openness.
