Every year, enacted legislation by federal, state and local legislatures profoundly affects the transfer of real property. Realtors® must remain informed about these changes. This course is designed to break down the legislative process and detail recent enactments and court cases that impact the business of selling real estate. 

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

TO RECEIVE CREDIT, YOU MUST AGREE TO BE RECORDED AND YOU MUST HAVE A FUNCTIONING WEBCAM AND HAVE IT ON THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE CLASS. YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THE CLASS OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
