Be informed on issues and do not speak outside of your expertise.  Licensees should have a basic understanding of current issues within recent and proposed legislation that involves environmental issues. There are many variables that determine the need for inspections, the correct manner to complete the inspections and what work would be needed to correct or manage a discovered environmental issue.  Allow your buyers/tenants to get information from a better source – ask the expert.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.
