The Fairfax County Office of Human Rights & Equity Programs (FCOHREP) is pleased to invite you to register for a virtual fair Housing presentation and training session. Staff from the Equal Rights Center (ERC) and Legal Services of Northern Virginia (LSNV) will conduct the training. FCOHR is offering the Webinar in collaboration with ERC, LSNV and the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR).
The training session will include information and examples of fair housing and associated legal issues that have emerged in relation to COVID-19, proposed/new guidance on “source of income” protections, developments concerning “sexual orientation” and “gender identity,” and a Q&A.
