About:

Let go of the distractions and take time for your mental, physical and emotional health with this 30-minute yoga session. Variations of movement will be provided. Feel free to use props that suit your needs. Come as you are and get ready to feel good in your body, mind and heart.

Lauren DeVera:

Lauren DeVera (RYT 200, CAPP, MSBR-T) is a movement and creative wellness advocate devoted to empowering others through various modalities including yoga, barre, dance and self-care. She is a certified Yoga teacher, Positive Psychology Practitioner and Mindfulness Stress Based Reduction teacher. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance from Old Dominion University and has been a professional dance educator for over 10 years. She is the creator and founder of The Lion’s Den, a community-driven and operated organization dedicated to inclusion, self-expression and positive wellness through dance/movement/creative programming. Combining her love of movement, mindfulness and positive psychology, she created Mind/Move/Matter, a brand dedicated to sharing nuggets of self-care and inspiring others to live well and flourish.
