What to Expect In-Person:

NVAR is following safety protocols and social distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC, including the recommendation that people wear cloth face coverings in public settings when around people outside of their household. Chairs in NVAR’s classrooms are distanced six feet apart, and classrooms will have a limited occupancy.

If you attend in-person, the instructor may be instructing virtually. The virtual and in-person class are offered at the same time with the same instructor.

Courses are subject to change at the discretion of the NVAR Realtor® School.

Post-Licensing (PL): 2 hours 

This course will education real estate professionals about the available financing alternatives and resources that best suit their clients residential, commercial and land transactions.
