Post-Licensing (PL): 6 hours

This course will help you understand and apply the basic principles of Virginia contract law. This includes contract information, interpretation, enforcement, and application of those principles to the standardized forms currently used in the Northern Virginia real estate market.

COURSE MEETS SEPTEMBER 16 & 17.  To receive credit you must attend both evenings.
