This two-hour course is a systematic review of the unique issues surrounding the growth of the team in modern real estate offices, especially in the residential practices.  We look at structural issues and how they contribute to special problems, paying special attention to the vertical structure of most residential teams because of the problems this structure gives rise to as a matter of course.  Recent statutory enactments and REB guidelines are the focus as we look at licensure and corporate issues surrounding both licensed and unlicensed corporate entities practicing as teams.
