This class will introduce members to three new forms in 2018 – the New Home Sales Contract, Construction Financing and Appraisal Contingencies Addendum and Options Addendum. These forms were created to accommodate the needs of the membership for transactions where the Buyers will buy a lot and then build a home. We will discuss when use of the forms is appropriate and how the forms differ from the Residential Sales Contract with respect to inspections, settlement and financing.
