This course consists of an overview of the laws, rules and regulations governing advertising by real estate licensees.  This course provides real estate salespeople and brokers with basic risk reduction tools by informing them of the laws and rules regulating advertising and helping them develop the critical analytic skills to apply those laws. 

It provides an information base of the various laws, regulations and rules real estate salespeople and brokers may encounter when advertising their real estate services and their clients’ properties.  From that base, the real estate salesperson and broker will develop an ability to understand how the laws and regulations affect their advertising decisions.
