NAR Spire

NVAR is actively recruiting mentor and mentee volunteers for NAR Spire, a groundbreaking new initiative designed and developed to drive inclusivity in the real estate industry.

NAR Spire encourages individuals from multi-cultural, minority communities to learn the fundamentals of the real estate industry. Foster education through mentorship, empower serious consideration of a real estate career and encourage and promote the development of generational wealth through property ownership.

Program Delivery

Kick-off welcome meeting and mentorship guide.
Live sessions, supplemented by digital learning.
1-on-1 mentoring Sessions, based on the discretion of each pair.
Mentors and Mentees can anticipate dedicating 4-8 hours a month to NAR SPIRE activities, shadowing and learning.

Careers in Real Estate

Residential and Commercial Real Estate.
Appraisal, home inspection, land, property management, staging, marketing, IT, Administrative Assistance and Mortgage Banking.
