Top Northern Virginia Real Estate Team seeks to hire a part time position in marketing.  This position will be responsible for the design and implementation of company marketing initiatives including web, print/design and direct mail. 

The ideal candidate for this role will be organized, detail oriented, self motivated & creative with a background in marketing in a sales environment.  The candidate must be  proficient with MS Publisher and/or In Design, Photoshop,  MS Office products and work well with deadlines.

This individual will be responsible for designing, organizing and managing all marketing initiatives including direct mail campaigns (postcards, brochures & specialty items), team advertising and email campaigns. 

Candidate must possess excellent writing & editing skills and be able to work well under pressure.
The ability to meeting deadlines and work off a timeline is a must.
Real Estate experience preferred.
