The Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club, established in 1955, recognizes the highest volume and unit sales agents of the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®.

Membership in the club is voluntary and open to any REALTOR® member of NVAR who is in good standing and meets the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club criteria. Club application includes a fee set annually by the NVAR Budget and Finance Committee. Those who have not completed the REALTOR® Orientation Class are not eligible. Sales are calculated for the period from January 1 to December 31 of the award year.

To preserve the integrity of membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club, all applications are audited for accuracy and compliance to established criteria. Each and every transaction is subject to verification. Production figures and related information are held confidentially and are destroyed after audit.

2007 Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club Criteria
The criteria for membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club for 2007 are as follows:

• Multi-Million Dollar Club Member -$3 million or 24 units
• Multi-Million Dollar Club Member, Top Producer - $6 million or 48 units

Volume totals are an accumulation of properties settled during the award year from January 1 to December 31.

Applications will be accepted from Dec. 1, 2007 through Jan. 31, 2008 at NVAR Headquarters.
