Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club
REALTORS® with the highest sales volume are invited to join the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club and celebrate at a fun-filled Dinner Dance. First-time club members are welcomed at a breakfast hosted by the Chairman of the Board.

REALTOR® of the Year
The REALTOR® of the Year award is given to the member who has shown outstanding leadership, commitment, and skill in the real estate industry. Applicants are judged on contributions to the industry, outstanding qualities, and any additional factors that set the individual apart in the award year.

Rookie of the Year
The Rookie of the Year award is given to an outstanding first-year agent who has the highest dollar volume from January through December.

Affiliate of the Year
Applicants are judged on participation in the association (including volunteer time at association events), participation in committees, and financial support of events, classes, and more, through direct sponsorship or fund raising.

Hall of Fame
The NVAR Hall of Fame distinction is given to members of the NVAR community who have excelled, through a minimum of 10 years of service to the local, state, and national associations, to the industry, the community, and the public. Hall of Fame candidates are evaluated in the areas of longevity, productivity, association service, and overall image.

Honorary Lifetime Membership
Lifetime Honorary Membership may be conferred on an NVAR member who has made significant contributions to the association and the profession of real estate. These industry leaders serve as icons in the real estate community.

Pioneer Club
The NVAR Pioneer Club recognizes the talents, contributions, and commitments made by those who have been in the real estate profession for at least 25 years.

State and National Awards
The Virginia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® offer various distinctions including the HOPE Awards for excellence in lowering the barriers to minority homeownership, the VAR Honor Society, and the Good Neighbor Awards.
