NVAR's Affiliate of the Year award recipients are selected by the Association CEO and elected officers. Applicants are judged on participation within the association (including volunteer time at association events), participation in committees, and financial support of events, classes, and more, through direct sponsorship or fund raising.

Kevin Connelly, Pinnacle Financial

Kevin Connelly has worked to share the dream of homeownership for decades. He joined NVAR in 1986 and has served as a finance instructor for three different classes. He is a veteran member and dedicated contributor to the Real Estate Finance Forum, and he takes an active role on the Affiliate Outreach Committee. In October, Kevin sponsored a networking luncheon for Hispanic REALTORS®. For all of his hard work and contributions, Kevin Connelly was honored as NVAR's 2006 Affiliate of the Year.
