High Dollar Deals Are Being Made
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, has arranged the sale of a net lease portfolio valued at $29,040,874. The transaction included five single-tenant net lease properties. All properties are subject to a twenty-five year absolute net lease with a rent increase in each of its four, five year option terms. The Buyer was Goodman Properties of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. Mark Taylor, Dean Zang, and Christopher Munley, of Marcus & Millichap, represented the Buyer and Seller. Taylor said, “
